I accept select health insurance plans (see below). If you do not have health insurance, or if I am not in-network with your plan, sessions are available at an out-of-pocket rate starting at $150 per session. These rates are consistent with those of licensed mental health professionals in our area.

BCBS NC Blue Home Plans**
**BCBS NC’s Blue Home plans are separate, system-specific limited network plans. Blue Home with Cone Health, Blue Local/Home with Atrium Health, and Blue Home with UNC Alliance plans restrict non-emergency care exclusively to their own health network, meaning that you must see a Cone Health, Atrium Health, or UNC provider to be considered in-network.
What If My Insurance Is Not In-Network?
You may still be eligible for reimbursement. Many clients with PPO insurance plans choose to work with me out-of-network and receive partial reimbursement for services.
Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits before starting services.
